All offerings are provided on an "as-is" basis. teasy.link reserves the unencumbered right to modify, pause, or permanently discontinue any specific feature or service at any time without prior notification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Setup

To access specialized functionalities, users are required to establish an account via email registration or third-party authentication providers (such as Google). You commit to supplying precise, current, and exhaustive information during the registration process and to actively maintain its accuracy over time.

3.2 Security Protocols

Users bear sole and absolute responsibility for safeguarding their login credentials and for all actions executed under their account dashboard. Any suspected unauthorized access or security breach must be reported to teasy.link immediately.

3.3 Verification Requirements

For email-based registration, mandatory verification via a one-time code sent to the provided email address is enforced. Accounts failing to satisfy verification protocols may be subject to restricted functionality or administrative deletion.

4. Permitted and Restricted Usage

4.1 Lawful Utilization

Our Platform must be utilized exclusively for legitimate objectives in strict compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Users are forbidden from deploying software or executing actions that could impair, overload, or compromise our infrastructural integrity.

4.2 Strictly Prohibited Actions

Users shall not exploit teasy.link to:

• Generate routing links directing to illicit, harmful, or otherwise unlawful materials.
• Host, promote, or distribute sexually explicit content, pornographic materials, or links to platforms whose primary purpose is the distribution of such content.
• Disseminate viruses, malware, trojans, or destructive code sequences.
• Execute phishing, spamming, or fraudulent campaigns.
• Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Intimidate, harass, or inflict harm upon other individuals or entities.
• Bypass established security protocols or administrative access limitations.
• Exploit the platform for unsanctioned or deceptive commercial gain.
• Fabricate links that deliberately mislead users regarding their final destination.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments

5.1 Subscription Tiers

teasy.link features multiple subscription frameworks (Free, Advanced, Agency), each carrying distinct functionalities and capacity thresholds as detailed on our official pricing page.

5.2 Payment Execution

All financial transactions are securely processed via DodoPayments, our authorized merchant of record. DodoPayments handles billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on behalf of teasy.link. By submitting valid payment details, you authorize DodoPayments to deduct the corresponding fees for your selected service tier.

5.3 Renewal and Billing Cycles

• Subscription fees are invoiced upfront on a monthly or annualized schedule.
• Auto-renewal is active by default unless explicitly deactivated prior to the impending billing cycle.
• Any adjustments to our pricing structure will be communicated at least 30 days beforehand.

5.4 Taxes

Applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax) are calculated and collected by DodoPayments based on the user's geographic location and are added to the listed subscription price at checkout.

5.5 Unsuccessful Payments

A 7-day grace period is provided to rectify failed billing transactions. Failure to update payment methods within this window may result in account limitations or downgrade to the Free tier.

5.6 Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date, provided the request is submitted via email to support@teasy.link. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. All refund requests are processed through DodoPayments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are typically returned within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Proprietary Rights

6.1 Company Assets

The teasy.link platform — encompassing its underlying software architecture, user interface, design assets, and functional mechanisms — is the exclusive property of teasy.link and is fully protected by international copyright, trademark, and associated intellectual property legislation.

6.2 User-Generated Assets

Users maintain full ownership of the digital materials they produce via the Platform. However, by deploying our services, you grant teasy.link a worldwide, royalty-free, restricted license to host, display, and store said content solely to ensure proper service delivery.

6.3 External Content Liability

Users are entirely accountable for securing the requisite legal permissions to utilize third-party assets (text, media, imagery, code) within their links or customized pages.

7. Operational Uptime and Support

7.1 System Availability

We continuously endeavor to maintain maximum server uptime; nevertheless, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Unforeseen infrastructural outages, network latency, or scheduled maintenance periods may transpire.

7.2 Support Framework

Support is available to all users via email. Response times may vary depending on request volume and complexity.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Protecting user and visitor data is a foundational priority. The acquisition, deployment, and safeguarding of personal data are strictly dictated by our Privacy Policy, which functions as an integral, legally binding component of these Terms. Users assume full liability for the data they harvest or disseminate via our Platform. teasy.link expressly disclaims responsibility for sensitive or proprietary information users elect to publish or transmit.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Client-Initiated Closure

Users retain the right to terminate their accounts at any given moment via the administrative dashboard, resulting in a cessation of service access at the end of the current billing period.

9.2 Company-Initiated Closure

teasy.link may suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of Terms violations, illicit activities, abuse of services, or delinquent payment histories.

9.3 Post-Termination Status

Upon account closure, user data is subject to permanent deletion in accordance with our data lifecycle policies. Independent data backups remain the sole responsibility of the user prior to termination.

10. Warranty Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties Implied

The teasy.link platform is delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether implied, statutory, or explicit, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the absolute fullest extent permitted by applicable law, teasy.link shall not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or revenue deprivation.

10.3 Maximum Financial Liability

Our aggregate cumulative liability regarding any dispute, claim, or operational failure shall not surpass the total monetary amount paid by the user to teasy.link during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident in question.

11. Indemnification Clause

You agree to comprehensively shield, indemnify, and hold harmless teasy.link, including its operators, personnel, contractors, and affiliates, from any external claims, financial damages, liabilities, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) stemming directly or indirectly from your platform misuse, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13. Amendments to the Agreement

teasy.link holds the authority to revise these Terms periodically. Substantive modifications will be communicated via email or a prominent platform notification no less than 30 days prior to their enforcement date. Continued utilization of the service post-update signifies definitive legal acceptance of the newly established Terms.

14. Clause Severability

Should any specific section or clause of these Terms be deemed legally invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining clauses shall unconditionally retain their full validity and legal weight. The invalid section will be amended to reflect its original operational intent as closely as legally permissible.
